The Anti-Damming Risers for the Bird Jolt Flat Track system can be used two ways: to lift track off the surface to prevent water from damming behind it, or to install Bird Jolt Flat Track on a surface that is hard to glue to, like wood.  The Anti-Damming Risers have pre-drilled holes in the base, the track snaps right into the riser.
